By purchasing a 1:1 Life Coaching Session or any other service from Sonya Hayes (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of the Service

This 1:1 Life Coaching Session is a personal growth and wellness experience designed to support your emotional awareness and self-connection. It is not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

2. Payment & Access

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

After purchase, you’ll receive:

• A confirmation email with your intake form (to be completed at least 24 hours before your session).

• A calendar link to book your session time via Zoom.

Sessions must be booked and completed within 60 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed sessions are non-refundable.

• If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and energetic nature of this service, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Please ensure you are fully committed before completing your purchase.

5. Results Disclaimer

Your results depend on your personal commitment and willingness to engage in the process. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.

6. Confidentiality

Everything shared within a session is treated with full confidentiality and respect. Notes or personal information will never be shared without your written consent, except where legally required.

7. Personal Responsibility

By purchasing and participating in this session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and outcomes.
